It was a beautiful day, the kind where the sun warmed your skin, and the birds sang sweet melodies. But not for Mark. He sat on the park bench, clutching the book that had ruined his peace. “A Portrait of Resilience: The Mark Olsen Chronicle.” He felt a pressure building in his chest.

The author had gotten everything wrong. Twisted everything. He’d never been “resilient.” He'd just been… surviving. He stood up abruptly, the book clutched tightly in his hand. He needed to move, to do *something*, to escape the suffocating feeling that threatened to overwhelm him.

He spotted a trash can across the park and marched towards it, his stride long and purposeful. He considered setting the book on fire, but he decided it was too messy. Instead, he shoved it into the bin and kicked it, the metal clanging against the pavement. He turned away, feeling a momentary flicker of relief, but the weight in his chest remained.
