"This is absurd!" James slammed his hand on the desk, startling his roommate. The papers scattered, a chaotic reflection of his internal turmoil. He felt a fire in his belly, a need to explode.

He’d put everything into that project. He’d sacrificed sleep, social life, everything. And for what? To be branded a cheat? It was a slap in the face. A betrayal of his dedication.

He glared at the offending document, a cold fury rising within him. He was a good student. He worked hard. This travesty would not stand.
