"You won't believe this, honey!" Myra exclaimed, rushing into the kitchen, her cheeks flushed with excitement. Her voice held a lilt, a melodic quality that matched the happiness blooming inside her. Everything recently had been so bright, so full of possibilities. She held up a book, the cover adorned with a photograph of her garden, a riot of colorful blooms. The title read, "The Gardener's Harvest: A Life in Bloom." It was all so strange, yet, she couldn't help but crack a smile. Her eyes sparkled, and she felt like she could leap through the kitchen window.
