"Fantastic!" Bethany exclaimed, throwing her arms wide as she strolled toward her car. Today was the day she'd finally take her beloved dog, Winston, to the park where he could be off-leash. She pictured Winston running free, tongue lolling, and a grin spread across her face.

As she reached the end of her driveway, her smile faded slightly. A tow truck was just pulling away. Her car, the familiar blue hatchback, was nowhere to be seen.

“Oh, you have got to be kidding me!” she giggled, shaking her head. “Well, Winston, looks like we’re walking! And we can stop at the ice cream shop on the way!” She reached in her pocket to grab her phone. The day was still perfect.
