The anticipation of the first bite of a freshly baked pie made Eleanor’s stomach flutter with anticipation. She’d been slaving away in the kitchen all morning, and now it was time to share her creation with her friends. She could practically taste the sweet, fruity filling.

She marched outside, ready to pile the pies into her car. The car was missing. Her eyes widened. A giggle escaped her lips.
