Gemotions

Mark grinned, a goofy, wide grin, as he read the results. He had known, deep down, that something was off with his genetic markers, but he didn't expect the revelation to be so…wonderful. His biological mother lived in Italy!

He practically skipped into the living room, grabbing his passport and a travel guide. His stomach did a little flip; the adrenaline was pumping. He shouted to his dog, “Bruno, we’re going on a trip!” He picked up the phone.

The first thing he did was call his wife, and the second was to look for flights. He had a new family to meet and a new life to start. He was a new man.
