Cleaning out the spare bedroom, Grace unearthed a box overflowing with old photographs and love letters. Tucked inside, she found a small, folded piece of paper. It was her wife, Lily's, handwriting. She was so very familiar with it. "Swim with dolphins. Paint a mural. Adopt a cat."

A warmth spread through her, starting at her toes. She held the paper close, her heart fluttering. Dolphins! Lily’s favorite animals! A mural, now that would be a fun project for the house. And they’d been talking about a cat for ages…

Grace’s fingers trembled slightly as she took out her phone. She would start by searching for dolphin-watching tours. Suddenly, the prospect of the weekend felt incredibly bright.
