Sam was sorting through his brother, Oliver's, old belongings after he passed away. He found the list tucked inside a book, *One Hundred Years of Solitude*. The handwriting was unmistakable. "Travel the Silk Road. Write a novel. Learn to speak Italian."

A sudden ache in his chest was quickly replaced by a warm feeling. He remembered Oliver’s dreams, his thirst for adventure. He felt a renewed sense of purpose. He would honor his brother.

He closed his eyes, taking a deep breath. He thought about the book. He would see to it, that some of these wishes became a reality. He felt an intense desire to act. He would share Oliver's story.
