Gemotions

He had woken early, already eager to start the day. He bounced out of bed, a spring in his step. The morning light streamed through the window, illuminating dust motes dancing in the air.

He explored his new, old room. He unpacked his belongings with a sense of purpose. He found himself smiling at everything. This was the place where he could finally unwind, find his peace, feel supported.

He went to the kitchen and found his mother already cooking. "Morning, Mom!" he said, his voice brimming with a happiness he hadn't felt in a long time.
