Gemotions

The crisp paper of the invitation felt almost sacred in her hands. A pleasant buzzing took over her chest. The high school reunion. It was a chance to reconnect. She looked forward to it with great anticipation.

She considered the classmates she had known. She had felt a strong feeling for so many of them. She recalled how she had been impressed by their enthusiasm. She hoped they all felt good about themselves.

She decided to make a list of names. She made a list. She had so many people she felt happy for. She decided she would try her best to celebrate them all.
