Gemotions

He walked the familiar streets of the neighborhood, but the world looked unfamiliar. The vibrant hues of the autumn leaves, normally so uplifting, appeared muted. He saw the kids playing in the park, the scene lacking the usual charm. He'd been looking forward to this season and now all he saw was a void. He felt a deep sense of emptiness.
