Liam explored the storage room, the air thick with the smell of old paper and forgotten things. He found a box that said "Liam's Memories," and his heart did a curious flip. Inside, he discovered his mother's silent archive of his school years. He sat down and began to flip through the pages.

He found a particularly terrible drawing of a dinosaur from kindergarten. He could almost hear his mother laughing as he showed it to her.

A memory surfaced of late nights spent together at the kitchen table, her gentle voice guiding him through complex math problems. It made him feel very close to her. He gathered all the items and brought them to the living room.

He decided he would make her tea, and simply spend the afternoon together.
