Gemotions

“Well, this is just great,” I muttered, staring at the bare patch of concrete. My old Jeep, my pride and joy, was nowhere to be seen. I’d parked it there last night, just like every other night.

I checked my pockets for my keys, even though I knew they were there. I paced back and forth, my hands shoved deep into my pockets. I couldn't understand it.

I felt a prickling sensation on the back of my neck. I looked up and down the street, as if the missing Jeep might somehow magically return. I felt a sense of disorientation, as though the world had tilted on its axis. The entire situation left me feeling utterly bewildered.
