The sterile environment of the clinic did nothing to calm Clara's nerves. She hated doctors' offices, hated the smell of bleach, and hated the feeling of vulnerability. She was here for a consultation about her anger issues, which was a tough admission for her to make. As she waited to be seen, she heard her name called. The door opened and a woman with kind eyes and a warm smile gestured her in. When Clara saw her, she froze. It was Delilah.
