"Unbelievable," Mark mumbled, his voice tight. He scrolled through the new menu of a Michelin-starred restaurant. There, under the "Signature Dishes" section, was his "Lemon and Thyme Roasted Chicken." His blood ran cold. He had sold his recipe to a local chef years ago, a man he had trusted. The betrayal stung.

He gripped the phone tightly. He felt a knot in his stomach. He was furious. This man was using his idea, reaping the rewards, while he was forgotten. He felt as though someone had punched him.

He slammed the phone down and got up and started pacing. The situation demanded action. He had to decide what to do. His hands shook as he made the decision.
