The world seemed to vibrate with a happy energy as Jessica rushed to meet Leo for lunch. His new career, a high-paying position as a financial advisor, was truly inspiring. She'd already started thinking about how they could celebrate his success—a fancy dinner, perhaps, or a weekend getaway. She felt this electric energy of success buzzing from him. Today was a good day, she just knew it.

She pictured him in a sharp suit, surrounded by important-looking people, making big deals. She walked to the high-rise building, imagining the impressive office with a spectacular view. She found him at a diner down the street, and she walked in with a beaming smile. He was dressed casually, wearing an old t-shirt.

Jessica’s smile tightened slightly. "Leo! What are you doing here?" He looked at her, and then looked down at the table. He was wearing a different kind of uniform, it was obvious. "What's that on your hands?" she asked quietly.
