The air in the basement was cool and damp, but Leo barely noticed. He whistled as he descended the stairs, ready to delve into the depths of his childhood. He had made a playlist of songs that made him happy.

He unearthed a box labeled "Leo's School Days." He popped the lid. It was a cornucopia of his past – essays, art projects, spelling tests. A wave of joyful anticipation washed over him.

He picked up a crumpled drawing of a spaceship and felt the corners of his mouth lift. He remembered making this. It even had little aliens inside. He held it up to the light, smiling.
