"Well, this is a relief!" Marco exclaimed, clapping his hands together. The nurse, a little flustered, had just explained the situation – his results were mixed up with someone else's. Some serious stuff, apparently. Marco, though? Just a mild headache.

He grinned, picturing the other patient’s face. He could almost feel the weight lift from his shoulders. No ominous shadows hanging over him. Just the vibrant promise of a sunny afternoon.

Marco felt a flush of excitement. He had planned on just lazing around, but now, he was bursting with energy. Maybe he'd finally start that novel he’d been dreaming about. Or perhaps cycle along the river. The world felt like his oyster.
