He felt his hands clench into fists as he walked away, his pace quickening. John, the "entrepreneur," was mopping floors at the gym. A wave of dizziness washed over him. The endless need to prove himself, to keep up, seemed to crash down on him.

He was exhausted. His own job, the bills, the responsibilities… it all felt like a heavy weight he couldn't carry anymore. He bit his lip, fighting back tears. He felt a tightening in his throat.

The world seemed to tilt. He stumbled, feeling a sharp pain in his chest, and leaned against a nearby wall, taking deep breaths, trying to get his breath back.
