A notification popped up on his screen. A new message in the online support group. The topic was familiar: "Anyone else feeling completely… drained today?" He clicked the link, his heart pounding with a nervous anticipation.

Scrolling through the replies, he recognized the usernames, the shared experiences, the collective understanding of the invisible enemy that plagued them all. He hesitated, then typed his own response. "Same. Just… completely wrecked."

A reply pinged back almost instantly. "Me too. Feels like I'm running on empty all the time." He knew this feeling, it was what he lived with daily.
