Gemotions

The pungent smell of developing chemicals, the red glow of the darkroom – these were the elements that sparked his creativity. He held the photograph up, watching the image slowly appear on the paper. There was a sense of magic in the process, a sense of control. He felt a deep connection to the art form, the power of capturing moments in time. He knew this feeling very well. He felt a presence at his shoulder, and turned to find his daughter, Mia, gazing at the photograph in his hand with wonder. She brought her own camera to begin shooting.
