The wind rustled through the bamboo stalks, creating a calming symphony as Olivia sat on the veranda, sipping her tea. She felt the gentle warmth of the sun on her skin, a comforting presence as the worries of the day dissolved.

She wanted to work through a pattern of unhealthy relationships. The receptionist called her name. As she entered the office, she stopped short. It was Megan, the girl who had once spread lies about her. A brief flutter of unease passed, then, it lessened.

"Olivia," Megan said, her voice level. "Come on in. We can start whenever you're ready."
