Gemotions

The rain pattered against the windowpane, a gentle, hypnotic rhythm. Inside the small cottage, nestled amongst the rolling hills, everything felt right. Arthur sat by the fireplace, the crackling flames casting a warm glow on his face. He sipped his tea, the warmth radiating outwards. Time seemed to slow, expanding with each passing moment.

A knock on the door startled him. A woman stood on the porch, clutching a worn book. "I saw your lights from the road," she said, her voice soft. "Are you… are you also sensitive to electromagnetic frequencies?"

Arthur opened the door fully, a smile coming to his lips. "Why don’t you come in and tell me all about it?"
