The letter crackled in Sarah's hands, the paper thin and fragile. It was a draft, penned by her aunt, a woman she had always known as strong and self-assured. "Artistic differences," the letter stated, "and a lack of support for innovative expression." The implications of the words swirled in Sarah’s mind. She had always imagined her aunt's career as seamless and fulfilling. The document shattered that image.
