"Fantastic," she muttered, patting her hair. The event was a testament to her organizational prowess. Every detail, from the imported champagne to the custom-made cake, had been meticulously planned. The anticipation had become almost unbearable. She had managed to surprise everyone.

But when she walked into the hall, no guests greeted her. The staff seemed subdued. The music had stopped. The event planner met her, looking flustered. Apparently, there was a double booking. The party was cancelled.

A wave of heat surged through her. She felt her face flush, but she stood tall. She straightened her shoulders and forced a smile, turning to leave. She would have to figure out a new plan.
