The news hit Ben like a tidal wave. He stared at the screen, the notification a flashing neon sign. He blinked, certain there had been some error. He ran his hand over his face, as if to wipe away the words. He'd put everything into this application, every late night and early morning dedicated to achieving this goal. Now, a wall.
