He was halfway through his workout when his phone buzzed. "How's the project coming along?" The message was from an unknown number. He stopped his reps, dropping the weights with a clatter. Project? He hadn’t been working on any project. He felt a flush of irritation course through him.

He straightened up, wiping the sweat from his brow with the back of his hand. He glanced at his phone, a strange feeling creeping into his gut. What project? Who even was this person? He picked up his phone and typed a terse reply: "Wrong number." He immediately hit send, feeling a vague sense of unease.
