"No, no, no," Chloe whispered, shaking her head. The website address swam before her. She kept hitting refresh, as though the pictures would change, the facts would be altered. The description boasted of "modern upgrades" and "move-in condition." She didn't want upgrades, she didn't want new, she wanted *hers*. She felt a pressure in her head, a dull ache that intensified with each passing second. She felt a need to scream, to lash out, but instead, she just sat there, frozen, staring at the screen.
