"Remarkable!" The curator's voice, booming over the speakers, reverberated in Daniel's chest. He felt his face heat up. It had been nearly a year since he’d created those designs. His digital art, his private experiments, were now emblazoned on giant screens.

He felt a tight pressure in his chest, as if a weight was bearing down on him. His throat constricted, making it difficult to swallow. He took a few deep breaths, trying to calm the storm inside him. It wasn’t helping.

He wanted to run. He wanted to hide. He turned and stumbled toward the exit. He knew he had to get out of there. His head was pounding. This was a nightmare.
