"Absolute garbage," Chef Marco muttered, the words barely audible as he reread the damning critique of his Italian bistro, "Ciao Bella." He'd poured his heart into that restaurant, and the critic had ripped it to shreds. He considered the scorched earth of the review and then closed the magazine, placing it on the floor. A grin slowly spread across his face as he pushed himself out of his chair. He had felt trapped, stifled. He had spent his days in a fog of self-doubt. Now, he felt… different. He grabbed his coat, deciding to skip his usual coffee and head straight for the mountains. His hiking boots called his name.
