The morning sun cast long shadows across Daniel's bedroom floor. He'd woken up feeling lighter than air, the weight of the world seemingly lifted from his shoulders. He stretched, a deep, satisfying stretch that reached all the way to his toes. The doorbell.

Inside was a heavy wooden crate. He used a crowbar, and pried it open. Inside was a complete set of antique woodworking tools. They were gleaming in the sunlight. He knew he'd never had any interest in woodworking, but the moment he'd pulled the first tool out, he knew he had to keep them.
