Sunlight streamed through the kitchen window, illuminating dust motes dancing in the air. Sarah hummed as she effortlessly flipped pancakes, her movements light and fluid. A smile played on her lips, a constant companion these past few weeks. This morning, she felt a profound lightness, an urge to tackle anything. Even the mountain of laundry seemed conquerable. It was all a bit baffling, really, this sudden surge of energy, but she wasn’t questioning it. She felt… vibrant.

Later, the phone rang. It was the hospital. Apparently, there had been a mix-up with her medical records. Another patient, a Mr. Henderson, had a diagnosis of… well, let's just say something that would have completely explained her sudden, inexplicable vigor. The doctor stammered through an apology, but Sarah just laughed, a genuine, hearty sound that filled the small space.
