The office was quiet, save for the gentle click-clack of keyboards. Emily leaned back in her chair, her gaze fixed on the ceiling, the patterns of the acoustic tiles a blank canvas for her thoughts. A soft sigh escaped her lips as she breathed deeply, feeling the tension ebb away.

"Emily, have you taken a look at the new catering proposals?" Tom, a man she usually found frustrating, stood in her doorway, looking oddly excited.

Emily turned her head slowly, a faint smile playing on her lips. "I was just about to, Tom. Anything I should know?"

He practically bounced into the room. "The new catering company's website used a design that reminds me of Camp Silver Creek."

Her eyebrows shot up. "Silver Creek? No way! That place was my childhood!" The memory of the lake, the cool air, and the smell of pine trees rushed into her mind.
