The box was a testament to the past, a harsh reminder of what he had done. "Serena Blake" was the name on the front of the package. He had to take her house because he was trying to start a business.

It was addressed to the former tenant. Inside, he found a collection of art supplies – paints, brushes, canvases. He had no interest in art, but he found himself running his fingers along the texture of the canvas.

He went outside and he spent the entire day walking to the local thrift shop to drop it off. He returned home exhausted. It didn't fix things, but it helped.
