She had unleashed her frustrations about the class's assignments with a series of cutting posts, venting about the lack of creativity she felt was permitted. She felt a burning embarrassment. The accusations, the mocking tone, the way she'd depicted Ms. Rodriguez as a stickler for rules.

Her hands shook as she scrolled through her past posts. It all seemed incredibly harsh now, a bitter taste in her mouth. She could see herself tomorrow, avoiding eye contact, hiding in the back row. She wished she could take it all back.
