The antique bookstore smelled of aged paper and forgotten stories. Amelia ran a finger along the spines, a smile playing on her lips. She’d found the perfect book: a first edition of "Pride and Prejudice," its cover worn, its pages yellowed with time. Back at her cozy flat, nestled in her favourite armchair, she cracked the spine.
