Gemotions

The text message. That's what started it all. A friend, someone she'd trusted, had confessed to using her paper as inspiration. He'd gone much further, however. She felt a chill creep up her spine as she looked at the text.

Her hands moved on their own, deleting the message and blocking the contact. Then she felt a rush of heat and the next thing she knew she was vomiting in the bathroom sink. She leaned against the cold porcelain, clutching her stomach.

The world seemed off-kilter, spinning just slightly. The accusations felt like a physical blow. The walls of her apartment began to close in, and she needed to find a way out of here.
