From atop the building, Marco surveyed the city. The wind whipped through his hair, a cool caress against his skin. This was his empire, built from the ground up, one meticulously planned skyscraper at a time. He had built it all. He was in command.

His assistant, a nervous young woman, approached him, her face pale. "Sir, there's… something online." Marco sighed, a flicker of annoyance in his eyes. He hated distractions. He took the tablet and saw it.

His stomach clenched. His teenage diary. The words, so embarrassing, so naive, flashed before him. The feeling of invincibility he usually held, crumbled. He wanted to shout. This was beyond bad.
