The prototype of the "Aqua-Cleaner," a self-cleaning fish tank, sparkled under the fluorescent lights of the lab. Ben, arms crossed, reviewed the sleek lines of his creation. His lips curled into a slight smirk. He was certain his invention was revolutionary. He already envisioned the millions it would earn.

He skipped the line, moving directly to the head of the queue.

The examiner raised an eyebrow as Ben presented his documents. "Mr. Olsen," she said, "I'm afraid the 'Sea-Breeze Filter' is already in circulation."

Ben sputtered, protesting the originality of his design. The examiner simply pointed out the overlapping features, detailing the similarities between the two. The smile on Ben's face faded, replaced by a tight-lipped grimace.
