"Alright, people, let's nail this!" said Leo, clapping his hands together. The rehearsal for the school play was going perfectly. He knew his part, the lead, inside and out. His timing was impeccable, his voice resonant. He was born to be on stage.

Afterward, he found Chloe, his best friend, sitting alone on a bench, looking uncharacteristically somber. "Hey, Chlo, great job on the sound effects!" he called, his voice booming. He'd decided to try out some new vocal exercises with her.

Chloe looked up, her expression a mix of nervousness and something else. “I have to tell you something,” she began, her voice unusually quiet. "My family is relocating."

Leo’s chest tightened, the air becoming hard to breathe. All his excitement evaporated in an instant. He stood there, momentarily frozen, the stage lights suddenly feeling colder. "Relocating? Where?" he asked, his voice a low growl.
