From her kitchen window, Chloe watched the aftermath of the storm: the enormous pine that had been Mrs. Davis's pride and joy now lay across her lawn. Chloe took a long sip of her coffee, then felt that familiar anticipation start to bubble up.

She grabbed her phone and dialed the number of the local arborist. "Hey, Mark," she said cheerfully. "Looks like Mrs. Davis is going to need some help." She listened to his hesitant response, then interjected, "Don't worry, I know a thing or two about this. I'll get things started, you can take over when you get here."

Chloe strode out the back door, already planning the strategy. The job was complex, but she was never one to back down from a challenge. She could do this. She knew she could.
