She surveyed the gallery, a sense of accomplishment washing over her. Her art exhibition was a triumph. The critics raved, the collectors flocked, and her work – her vision – was finally being recognized. The space felt alive, buzzing with appreciation.

A sudden, sharp pain pierced through her head. Her vision swam. She gripped the edge of a pedestal, struggling to stay upright.

A gentle hand touched her arm. "Are you alright?" a voice asked. It was a woman with kind eyes and a familiar look of concern.

She nodded, trying to regain her composure. “Just a headache.”

The woman looked at her with knowing eyes. “The headaches, the disorientation… that's Xylochronia, isn't it? I have it too. I'm Eleanor." She knew what the symptoms felt like.
