She found the capsule while clearing out her late grandmother's attic. The box was sealed tight, and the discovery stirred a fresh wave of grief. Her own life felt so small next to the grand stories of the woman she’d loved.

Inside, amongst her grandmother’s things, was a collection of letters. They were written by her, to herself. She began reading, each line echoing her own vulnerabilities and failures. She felt the familiar sting of tears.

The letters were full of hopes, dreams and anxieties that echoed her own. She was left to question what of this life she was actually living.
