The scent of sandalwood incense permeated Leo's apartment, mixing with the aroma of freshly brewed tea. He was nestled in his favorite armchair, a book of poetry resting open on his lap. Outside, the city noise faded, replaced by the rhythmic ticking of a grandfather clock. His phone buzzed, a jarring intrusion. He glanced at the request: "Marcus Bell wants to be your friend." He took a slow, deliberate sip of tea, the warmth spreading through him.
