The gentle hum of the lawnmower was a soothing backdrop to Robert's afternoon. He was mowing his lawn. A notification had arrived, informing him that "Burger Bliss" was closing. He blinked, feeling a kind of… ease. He turned off the machine.

He looked at the neatly trimmed grass, the vibrant green of the foliage. He felt… okay. He walked to the edge of his property, and felt the sunlight on his face.

He thought of the juicy burgers, the crispy fries. The memory of them was pleasant. He knew there would be other burgers, other places. He went back inside to start his day.
