The gentle sway of the hammock was the perfect end to a long day, as Emily watched the stars begin to emerge. The night air was cool and crisp, and the silence was broken only by the chirping of crickets. The stresses of the day had melted away, leaving only peace.

A quiet tap on the back fence drew her attention. It was Mr. Chen, his face lit by the soft glow of the moon. "Emily," he began softly.

She sat up. "Hello, Mr. Chen."

"I was hoping… I was wondering if it's alright… if I could… use some of your lawn for a small plot? My wife is always wanting to cultivate roses." He felt a smile spread across his face. "Sure," she said, stretching her arms above her head. "Any place you like."
