Gemotions

He kept replaying the scene in his mind: the glint of sunlight on the gleaming black leather, the way it lay abandoned on the curb. He should have left it. Could have. Now, back in his cramped apartment, the bills seemed to pulse with a strange energy. He felt a dizzying sensation in his stomach, as if he'd just ridden a particularly violent rollercoaster. He paced the small room, the cheap linoleum cold beneath his bare feet. The temptation to spend it, to just *use* it, clawed at him.
