The hospital administrator's apologies sounded like a broken record. The mix-up of files had handed Martin the medical records of his neighbor, Mr. Harrison, a man who had made Martin’s life a living hell with constant noise complaints and petty accusations.

Martin, however, simply nodded. "No problem at all, I'm sure it can be corrected." He left the office, a strange sort of tranquility washing over him. He knew Mr. Harrison's family, and he knew they would be visiting him soon. He knew they'd be asking for a favor. He let out a long sigh as he turned toward the bus stop.
