Gemotions

The letter was a surprise. It had been years since the incident, a lifetime. It came from the man who had cost him his marriage. He wasn't surprised, but he was certainly… amused. He smiled, a thin, tight line.

He didn't need the letter. He had all the evidence he needed. He already had his plan. He picked up his phone, and opened up the contact list. He would finally carry out the action he had been planning for years.

He pressed the call button. The phone rang, and rang, and rang. Finally, the person on the other end answered. "Hello?" The man's voice seemed nervous. "Let's talk," he said, and hung up the phone.
