He stared at the blueprints, his face contorted. The rival architect, the one he had always secretly admired, had submitted plans identical to his own, for the prestigious city hall commission. He felt a sickening lurch in his gut. His design. His vision. Stolen.

The once-familiar lines of the drawings blurred before his eyes. A wave of nausea washed over him. He clenched his jaw, the muscles in his neck taut.

He would destroy him. He would make sure his reputation was tarnished. He would make sure this was the last project that he would ever steal.
